How does Social Media Loyalty work?
You give us the post you're running. We automatically track its likes, comments and story shares, give every follower a loyalty score, and rank them on a live leaderboard.
What is a loyalty score?
A single number per follower, built from the sum of their activity (likes, comments, story shares). You control the points for each action in your settings.
Do my followers need to install an app?
No. Nothing is installed; everything is measured from public engagement on your posts. Your followers just like and comment as usual.
Platforms & tracking
Which platforms are supported?
Instagram, Twitter/X and Reddit. You can track one or several platforms at the same time.
How many posts can I track?
Every plan covers unlimited posts for one username.
How often does the leaderboard update?
Rankings are computed continuously and pre-cached, so they load instantly even for large campaigns.
Pricing & plans
How much does it cost?
There is a free one-week demo. Paid plans are Starter $40, Standard $66 and Full $140 per month. We also offer multi-platform automation, a data API and custom projects with separate pricing.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. All plans are monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and save 10%.
Privacy & data
How is participant data protected?
We provide region-based privacy controls such as profile-picture blur and username masking on any public view.
Can I keep the leaderboard private?
Yes. The leaderboard is private by default; you only create a public link if you want to.
Getting started
How do I get started?
Just fill in the order form or contact us, and your campaign is set up shortly after.
How long until it goes live?
After you order, your campaign is usually live the same day.
